I am trying to use a ".rtm" file to use Avery 5267 labels. I put a
TDBBarCode on the printable space and nothing shows up when I run the
program, just a sheet of blank labels.

What is going on?

Try shrinking the size of the bar code component. Perhaps, when it generates
it doesn't fit on the page. This would cause the report engine to not be
able to print the bar code inside of a static height detail band.
