Group Footer

edited February 2002 in General
Please bear with me, I'm new to ReportBuilder.

I've inserted a label and a sum in a group footer based on one of the
pipeline fields. The problem is, I cannot get the label or the total to
display when the report runs. I accepted the default settings when I set up
the group. Is there a property setting I might be missing?

Thanks,
Mike

The group footer is going to print at the end of the group. The group is
only going to break when the group break value changes from one detail band
to the next. Try placing colored rectangle shapes in the bands to see where
they print. The label should be printing when the group footer band prints,
    though.

A DBCalc may not print if: Check to make sure that the DBCalc.ResetGroup is
set. Also make sure that the datapipeline it is connected to is the same one
that is connected to the report. Is the visiblity on the group footer
false? Is the DBCalc.BlankWhenZero true- if there is no data, then this
might be the cause that the dbCalc doesn't print.
