Problem with Minolta QMS magicolor 2200 DeskLaser

One of my clients has a server using Win2K Server, printer drivers
installed, RB prints OK.
Two client win98 computers using server's printer, with drivers installed
doesn't print some reports.
The point is : reports that does not use our BaseReport( with customized
header, footer and margins ) the previewer works fine, but they only print
first page, if they try to print any other page, the application hangs, and
lead into a coputer restart.
The first page is a SubReport with pbSection, the second and next pages are
a Subreport with pbChild(and possibly other subreports inside it).
Reports that do not use BaseReport (this way with other settings, very
simple withouit subreports) print OK.
What can this be?
Just a driver/SO question?
Report settings in the second subreport?

This never happened, and changing BaseReport settings can be dangerous, i
have +-250 reports based on it.
Besides this client is far a way, and i can't test it.

To Jim:
About the control preview form visibility, i needed to stop working on that
now, but soon i will get back to it and continue that point.
Sorry the delay.

TIA,
Artur Azevedo

Can the clients print reports to other printers? Printer drivers are flaky
at best. Have them download and install the latest printer drivers. You'll
need to try to duplicate the client's machine at your location. Same OS,
and download the same printer driver that they are using. Create a new
printer and install the driver (even though you don't really have the
printer) Set this to be your default printer. Then you can run the screen
preview of a report, which will use the installed default printer driver for
calculating the pagination of the report(this is how RB works for screen
previewing when a printer is installed for a computer). This way you can test
this driver on your reports at screen preview time. You may need to reduce
the size of some static height components because the driver thinks that it
does not have enough room to fit a control on the available space.
