Footer Band: PrintOnLastPage property

My report has a FooterBand and a SummaryBand. The PrintOnLastPage property
of the
FooterBand is set to false and the PrintPosition property of the SummaryBand
is not null.
When printing, the report always do a BreakPage to print the SummaryBand
even if it's not
suppose to.
1 - When I set the Visible property of the FooterBand to False,
the SummaryBand print at the right place.
2 - By changing several times the value of the PrintPosition property of the
SummaryBand
I discover that the report seems reserved the FooterBand area on the
last page even if it is
not printing it. That's why the report generate a BreakPage before
printing the SummaryBand

Is anybody face this problem and/or have a solution...
