Reportbuilder Server Edition
Hello,
just received the document concerning Reportbuilder Server Edition.
Will there be runtime fees to be paid for the Server Edition, I mean, I'm
writing a isapi application with intraweb and would love to incorporate
Reportbuilder in the project. Will my customers need to buy licenses for
each user accessing the reports?

advertisment-pdf, and there you'll see, that each server is licensed for a
fixed fee, and this license is without user-limit.
I am pretty excited about these news, too and I think I'll love it.
In fact, the nevrona Rave has such a server for quite a time, and initially
I wanted to buy Rave, but after evaluating RB for a while, I discovered the
beauty in the underlying architecture and the sheer power of RB, and I was
baught instantly. Knowing that DM will also release a server-side reporting
solution approves my decision to spend the money even more
P.S. To the DM-Team. RB is fantastic! It's sheer power and the flexibility
are overwhelming. I am currently developing a fully generic
Database-application with a declarative approach for all it's functionality,
and RB is THE report-writer made for this kind of application. The
Report-Explorer and DADE make it fit into the app like diamonds in rings. In
fact, while the rest of the application is still only working half, the
reporting-solution is completely finished, and it was perhaps some 15 lines
of code :-)

Is IntraWeb (the standalone exe's) supported by the RB server edition? If
so, I'm very very interested.
thx Daniel
registrations for. Some of the emails may have been entered in wrong in our
database or some other problem arose in the notification process. I've sent
you an email with some info so you aren't left out:)
We've also started a Server newsgroup to field server related questions.
