Endless printing

edited March 2002 in General
Hi

I have just upgraded my Report Builder Pro 4.22 for Delphi 5 to Report 6.03
Builder Enterprise Edition for Delphi 5.

In my old projekt I have a report with many subreports. When I preview my
report it look very well, but after pressing then printer icon in the
preview windows I get a window telling me that currently printing page 0.
This continues until I press Cancel. And my printer starts printing empty
pages until I manually turn off the printer.

When I compiled the report with the old version 4.22 I did not see that
behavior.

Anybody can tell my how I can fix that ?.

thanks

Ole

Check all of the datapipeline connections. First thing to check is to make
sure that the subreports have datapipelines assigned to them. There is a
TechTip newsgroup article in the General thread which describes common ways
to configure a report to get it to print endless pages.

    Thanks Jim

I tried the tips from the General thread. But none of them solved my
problem. A had to get my project workning so I wen't back to version 4.22 of
ReportBuilder. And now my reports are printing properly.
