TppMemo.TabStopPositions

edited March 2002 in General
is it possible to modify the TabStopPositions property of the TppMemo
component ? From the EU environment ? (RAP or so)

Thanks,
Diederik

Thanks for the response, it was quick... (Getting used to it :) )

It compiles for me also, but it doesn't seem to do anything.... I've tried
several places to write to TabStopPositions, and several extreme values...

    Any thoughts ?

    Diederik.

BTW I've already thought about buying RBAddOn (it's cheap...) But I've one
question: there is a DB aware RCL component included for RichEdit 20, but is
the VCL counterpart also included ? I would like to provide my customers a
simple method of adding custom text to their bills, but that must be stored
in the database, and edited from my app. I don't like the idea of having
RBAddOn for RichEdit 20 in RBuilder, and another package for RichEdit 20 in
    my app itself....

    Thanks, it works great.

I want my customer be able to edit his billing conditions from my billing
application. So I need a blob in my database with RichtText. The RichtText
compnent included in Delphi is based on an old DLL (you know). So I could
use RBAddOn to create a report with a descent RichText field. However, the
customer must be able to edit his conditions text, so I need also a
component to drop on a form, to edit the richtext which is stored in the
    database.

    So my question is:
Does DBAddOn contain also a (data aware) VCL RichText component, beside the
    RCL RichText component ?

    Thanks, Diederik

I've seen messages about the original RichEdit control giving problems on
W2K and WXP, so I'm affraid of using it. (I like NT4, but the customers want
to go to W2K at least....)

Thanks for the answers, now I've to convince my chief to buy RBAddOn. (The
problem is not the price, but the need to buy over internet with a credit
    card....)
