Print twice for one record on same page

edited March 2002 in General
Hi ,
I want to print an official receipt on laserjet A4 paper, my receipt page
size is 8 in x 5.5 in .
Report layout contain : header,detail & footer

I need to print 2 copies on one page,i.e. original copy and client's copy ,
how can I make it ?
I tried to set detailband band per record =2 ,
but result is not as expected .

Any help is appreciated .

If the top half is going to be the original copy and the bottom of the page
is the client copy, then I would try to leverage the
DetailBand.BandsPerRecord. Could you describe the behavior when this
property is set to 2? Is there any missing information I should be aware of
    for this report?

if detailband.bandsPerRecord=2 then the detail will print twice ,but header
    remain one .
that is , it prints only one receipt .

If you want to reprint the header infomation, then place the header
components inside (at the top) of the detail band. Remove the header band
since it is no longer needed.
