WMF tax form images

Where can I find compliant (WMF or other formats) tax form images to place
on reports as a background image for the data so my end-users can print the
forms on their laser printers? I want images like the W2 used in the
tutorial, in any format that is compatible with ReportBuilder. I need W2,
1099, 941, and a few others.
