Rotated Label Delphi 6 and RB 6

I am trying to get trotatedlabel (from RB web site) to install and compile
with
Delphi 6 and RB 6. I have been using this label with Delphi 5 and no
problem.
Now I get compile error (bad format) Does anyone know of a work around?

    Can we have more exact error message? Try to delete all the dcu's of the
    label component.
