Reportbuilder crash Delphi when using in Form Inheritant?

I have had Many crashes lately on Reportbuilder6.03 with Delphi5 on
Windows2000. Is there a known problem with the below structure?

This is the architecture of our application:
Form_Base_Template
||
||
\/
Form_Second_Level_Template
|| - Report Component is placed on this template
|| - Report is loading from a database SQL2000 here
\/
Form_Function_1, Form_Function_2, etc...

Sorry, you cannot mix form inheritance and report templates (rtm files).
You will have to choose one approach or the other.
