Reprinting the Title Page

I have a problem that I need some direction on. I have a report that can be
a 1-page report or 500-page report. This report is based on a entry from the
user for a specific customer or all customers. Is there a way if all
customers are selected, to be able to print the title page at the beginning
of each customer report. Maybe, a before print event on the GroupHeaderBand
that prints the title page?
