Nelco's PMF/WMF and RB

Hello all,

I have Nelco's government files in WMF (PMF) format and I want to use them
with RB (Forms emulation). There is a little problem because these files are
not standard Windows WMF file - they have some kind of additional header. RB
Image component displays funny characters. I hope that the questions is not
to absurd but is it possible to re-write RB image component to display this
file correctly ? Or, is there a way to covert this file to real WMF to use
later with RB - any such tool...?
