clGray not printing

I'm adding a TppLine to my report and changing the TppLine.Pen.Color :=
clGray and when i do it prints out blank. I'm printing to an HP4050 laser
jet printer. Additionally when i use a TppRegion and set
TppRegion.Brush.Color := clGray it prints the gray out fine to my HP, but
when i change the TppRegion.Pen.Color := clGray it prints out black or
blank.

If i print the TppLine with a gray line to my HP 950C DeskJet color printer
it prints out also..

so i can only get gray to show up with the Brush property not the pen on my
HP4050, anyone know a solution for this?

You'll have to use a shape component in order to print the gray line from
NT.
