TppDBCalc and filter

Idea:

What about adding a Filter property to TppDBCalc so that it only sums,
counts, etc. if the filter string is True. The filter could not be
limited to the field linked to the TppDBCalc. It would need to be open
to any conditional phrase. This would be especially great for end-users
to implement instead of involving RAP since it would be faster and
easier.
