6.03 patch for PrinterSetup problem

Reading through some of the threads, I noticed that a patch exists
for a problem with PrinterSetup and templates which may be the cause
of minor anomalies that I've experienced. I'm using the Standard
edition of RB. Can I possibly get the patch?
