suppres lines in detail band

Hi,

I would like to know if there is anyway i can suppress lines in detail band
that i don?t want to be printed.
I can?t just suppress this data with conditions in the pipeline because i
need to work with this information but i just don?t want to show them.
We try to use the visible property of detailband but this suppress all the
detail band including all the data printed.
I can?t use the visible properties of objects in the detail band because
when i do this a balnk line is printed and i can?t let this to hapens.
The function skip of Report Builder also doesn?t work.
I don?t know what to do. Please help.

You can selectively set the visibility of the detail band by setting the
property in the detail band's BeforePrint event based on some condition. You
can also create a calculated field at the query level and use in the the
query's WHERE clause to select the data that you want printed.
