Please make sure that you are using RB6.03 and the latest printer driver. Also please make sure you are using the Label Template wizard to create the layout for your partitucular label.
Steven, the Eltron is one of the easier label printers to write to but to help you out it will most defenately be a problem with the page size and margin settings try setting the page size to that what is defined at the driver level then set the margins to 0 that should do the trick if you have further problems drop me a note and i'll try to find what i did to get it working also try to use the eltron printer fonts (although the eltron driver can work with truetype fonts as far as i remember)
If its any help, I have had this printer working with RB in D5. I did find I had to use Custom Page size and fiddle with the margins a bit. From memory I had to install the Eltron Fonts, and the vendor didn't initially supply these.
