Create Table of Contents

Hi,

I'm fairly new to building reports and I wonder wether there is somewhere an
example how to create an table of contents with RB Enterprise. I took a look
at the installed demos, but I couldn't find any hint wether this is possible
(though I'm sure it is possible) and how this can be done.

If possible, please reply via mail to c.fridgen@belenus.com and not in this
newsgroup, as I would like to have the answer tomorrow in the office and
can't access the news server from there.
