How to print an empty grid?

Hi,

I have to print an empty grid. The caption of every column should represent
the employee name, there can be only a limited number of columns, let's say
7, to fit on one page. The number of rows should be equal to the number of
days in a month. The number of employees can be large, so the report will
consists of a number of month's representation for each 7 consecutive
employees. The more, the employees work in different divisions and the
report must be created for every consecutive division. The cells in that
grid will be empty, but some rows shold have different color.
What component should I use to cope with that task? Maybe crosstab?
I use Delphi6 and RB 6 Enterprise.

You can use the crosstab to fake it into a grid by adding rows and
