Design time ok, but run time error

My Jpg formated field stored in Oracle817.
I use ReportBuilder 6.02 to print this field.
In the design time, it can preview and print.
But on the run time, it said "can't generate report".
In some case, it also say "invalid image".

But those case work fine in design time.

do you have 'ppJPEG' in your uses clause?
