Is placing RBuilder.ini in another directory possible?

TppTemplate store history information in RBuilder.ini file in the Windows
directory.
Some end-users may have their Windows directory set as read-only.
Is there a way to get around this problem, e.g. placing RBuilder.ini in
another directory and
setting an option to tell the system in which directory to search for
RBuilder.ini?

Use the IniSorageName property of the TppDesigner component to set the
location and name of the ini.
