Keep TppShape with DetailBand on same page.

On my report's detail band, I have a TppShape I'm using with a Subreport's
DrillDownComponent property. All detail bands are only 1 line of data (5
fields laid out horizontally.) The TppShape is in the back of the fields
acting as a background bar. Clicking on the bar expands the subreport.

The problem I'm having is when the detail bands reach the page footer band,
sometimes the detail band will print, but the TppShape will print on the
next page instead. Shouldn't the detail band break to the next page, so
that the TppShape is together with the rest of the items on the Detail Band?
Why is it that when a band is set to dynamic height, the band ignores the
TppShape? What can I do to ensure that the TppShape is always kept together
with the Detail Band?

Place the Shape along with all the fields into a region and enable
KeepTogether on the region.
