There should be a QR2RB converter on the left frame on the main page. We also recommend that you go through the installed Developer's Guide and run through the RB tutorials in order to acquaint yourself with how RB works so you can build new reports as fast as possible.
AFAIK there's no one free out there. As already said, James Waler has one that can be useful for no too complex reports, but as i found myself, re-writing all the old QR to RB is a lot faster and easier that you initially can think. Best of luck
