RTF labels within reports

Hi,

I have a report with a label component on it. Within this label is a
picture of a hand. When I preview the report, it shows the hand at the size
that I would like it. When I export the report to an rtf file, the hand and
all other graphs on my report become larger than they were. The hand covers
all the other data. Is there a way to keep the size proportional to every
thing else in my report?
