detail bank print in footer band

I have a report with a TitlePage (Newpage:=True) and also a PageStyle (just
a box about the size of the page). The PageStyle is set up not to print on
the title page. My problem is the detail band on the first page (not the
title page) prints into the footer band. It only happens with the first
page of the report. The following pages are correct. What is wrong?

Do multiple component print into the detail band or is there a specific
component which overflow into it, such as RichText. Can you please send a
simple demo which replicates this error to support@digital-metaphors.com.
