Building Table of Contents/Index

I'd like to use RB to build an index for a catalog I am creating.

I just want a simple alphabetical list with referenced page numbers.

And. . .if I could create a table of contents as well, that would be great.

Can anyone refer me to any demos that demonstrate how to create an index that looks something like this:


Apples. . . . .22
Bananas. . . . .5
Cherries. . . . 44

etc.


I am looking at jumping off the Crystal Reports (sinking) ship. They have essentially no indexing features. I was dumbfounded.
