report builder AVs after XP upgrade

We have had several users complain that our report designer (based on report
builder) doesn't work (AVs on starting) after upgrading there system from
say windows 98 to XP.
Yes, I know, upgrading windows from one version to another is bad but hey..
not under my control
I assume it's a DLL that report builder needs is not been upgraded or
something.
Any clues/ideas

Most likely it is a print driver (or lack thereof) that is causing the
problem. Could also be RichText, if these reports contain that
functionality. In order to get your arms around it, you'll likely need to
duplicate their environment as much as possible and reproduce the problem.

Of course, make sure you are using the latest RB: 6.03...
