Detail Band Duplication
Hi
I have a rare problem with a report with grouped data. The new page
threshold is set to 0.75 inches for the group.
With certain data where the group break is at the end of the page, in report
preview the whole group is postponed to the next page but when the same
report is printed the first detail band of the group is printed and the
remainder on the next page.
The problem occurs if the report is previewed first, then printed. In that
scenario, the first detail band prints at the bottom of the page but is
repeated on the next page!
This report has been used for several years by different users and nobody
has reported a problem before. In the current circumstances, it is being run
on a Citrix server although other users also use Citrix. The report was
generated with D5.01 and RB standard 6.02.
Any ideas?

then printed, does the problem occur only after it has printed or also in
the preview. If the preview is ok then you could set Cache Pages to true.
Another thing to check is if any code is firing that could be changing
values settings for the group or otherwise on the report. You should also
upgrade to RB6.03 and the latest printer drivers.
