detail band with all components ShiftWithParent

Hi,

I have a detail band with a subReport in it, all the components (DBText)
besides the subreport are set to ShiftWithParent. What happens is, that when
the subreport does not print the other compinents don't print either.

I found a workaround placing one empty Label in the detail band and not set
it to ShiftWithParent, then it behaves as expected.

Is this a known bug? or did I oversee something ?

We've confirmed this as a bug. As a workaround until we can address this,
you can put the rest of the components into a region and set the region to
ShiftWithParent. Thanks for bringing this to out attention.
