I've run into a situation where I need each new detail band to print on its
own page. Is there a property that I can set to do this, or is there code
that can to be written to perform this function?

2. Create a group around the detail band and set the group to start on a
new page.

Is there a different way that doesn't necessitate purchasing more

Yes, you do not need to buy anything. Create a group around the detail band
and set the group to start on a new page. Base the group on the data
pipeline's key field so that there is a group for each detail band. You can
resize the group header and group footer bands to zero height.
