How to "sum" on boolean fields?

edited July 2002 in General
Is there a fairly simple (generic) way to do totals on boolean fields?

TIA!

If your definition of "sum" means the total no of occurrences of "True"
and "False", then I think the best way is to place a TppVariable field in
the footer/summary and in the oncalc event increment it if the Boolean field
is True. The difference of total no of records and the "True" count should
    give you the false count.

    Try it..

Thanks, Vikran! That was exactly the type of solution I was looking (hoping?)
    for. It works great.
