Not all of the TeeChart properties are supported in ReportBuilder. Test the property with a chart on a delphi form. If you have problem with it in this case as well then you might have to appeal to Steema for support.
I have done this and it works very fine. With Chart.Printresolution = -200 I get a fine circle. Doing the same in RB i get a circle like Microsoft Chart 15 Years ago.
We have tested with HP Printers (LJ4, LJ 5, LJ4000, LJ 4050, CLJ 4500, Some different HP InkJets inkluding DJ 2200) some diferent Broter and Epson Printers. We have testet under Window 98, NT, 2000 and XP) with Microsoft Drivers and with the newest manufacturer drivers. Always the same. The whole TppChart Warpper is unuseable.
I can send you an example. But, put a TppChart on an empty report, add a PieChart and send it to your printer. In BarCharts the borders (1 Pix) are printet to bright.
The problem lays in ReportBuilder. I think its your priniting Engine. Is there a possibility to change the resolution in witch RB prints reports.
We have a serios problem here because our customer will kick us out. We printing the finest reports and cant create a simple Pie-Cahrt. 15000$ are gone in the wind. With this, ReportBuilder is the most expensive tool i have ever seen.
RB is a fine tool and i love it. But the TChart Wrapper is only a marketing trick. Hope you can change my mind and help us

There are a few options here. By default RB renders the chart as a metafile. You can try changing the PrintMethod to pmBitmap to see if that will improve the results. If that doesn't give satisfactory results then you can use a regular teechart component (not TppChart), render offscreen to a file, and load that into a TppImage.
