Request for zoom in report designer

Preview modes and windows magnifying glass don't quite fill the need for a
true interactive zoom.
Useful zoom ratios would include values both less than 100% and greater than
100% to fit situations where very large paper sizes are used or where
detailed alignment is necessary on standard paper sizes.

Sorry to see this feature didn't make it into RB7.
