I got a report that print on every printer except a Lexmark Z45. On HP and other Lexmark printer it print but not on the Z45. What should I look for to correct this?
On the same application I can print other reports but not the invoice. If I change the printer then the invoice will print without a problem. Any idea? I got some clients that are using this printer Z45 and are printing their invoice with my application. I haven't tried to change the version of the program to see if with the new version on my application then they can't print. I am going to try a new driver.

1. Download the latest printer driver from the manufacturer's web site. That
fixes most issues.
2. Make sure that the logon account under which the application is executing
has full access rights to the printer.
3. Try printing to the printer from other applications, such as MS Word,
Notepad, etc.
4. Test other reports, such as our demos. Determine whether some reports do
not print correctly but not others, or whether no reports print at all.
If the above does not fix the issue, then specify more details about the
error you recieve.
