"printing in progress" errors
Our users have been getting intermittent "printing in progress" errors
for the past several months.
We thought at first that it was a resources/ram issue on Win98
machines, but we are getting these on Win2000 and WinXP machines now,
too. We can see no pattern or cause, and wonder if you have any clues
as to what may be causing these?
In researching it, I see lots of discussion about use of BeginDoc,
but we don't use that at all - it's just normal use of RBuilder.
We're using RBuilder 7.01 on D5.

1. If the printer is a network printer, then perhaps there is a network
problem. Try testing with a local printer to determine if there is an issue.
2. Make sure the machine has enough disk space to spool the jobs to the
disk.
3. Download the latest printer driver and install.
4. Run the application under a resource/memory leak detector such as Sleuth
QA Suite.
