Error Message

I have a client that is getting the error message when sending a report to a
printer, "Screen printer does not support printing". This error does not
only happen on one printer. It occurs on other printers too on this
machine.

The error does not occur on other computers on the network (even printing to
the same printers). The only difference is the computer where the error is
occurring is using Win 98 SE. The other computers are on Win 2000 Pro.

The software is using RB7 for D6.

Any ideas why this error is occurring?

Ron,

Make sure the Report.PrinterSetup.PrinterName is set to Default instead of
Screen. This should fix your problem.
