How can I enable / disable Group Break via code ??

I need to put a CheckBox do user set if he want break or not

You could create the group dynamically or not. Here is an example:

Alternatively, you could turn off the group header and group footer bands by
setting their visible property at runtime. Then set the TppGroup object's
NewPage and KeepTogether properties also. This would effectively hide the
group bands and the group effects.
