Delphi 7, RB 7, XP Manifest won't allow title bar to fill in.

I start a new project in Delphi 7 and drop Report Builder 7 component onto
form. I call the report and everything looks great. I drop on a XP
Manifest onto the form and run it and call the report and the right side of
the caption bar will not show. It is like it is transparent and shows what
is behind but frozen and looks weird.

Can I fix this? I wanted my app to look like Windows XP but I don't want
the reports to look buggy.

There is a patch to correct the problem you are having. Please send an
