CASS certification for postnet...

had anybody been requested for a CASS certification for the Postnet barcode?

I have a customer on where the post office has denied their mail because of
not having a CASS certification for the Postnet usage... Not a big deal
because in our software the Postnet is optional, but it worries me about
other customer having the same problem.
