Mass e-mail from report

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience doing mass e-mail from an end
user report.

I want my users to be able to mail merge, and then e-mail the resulting
letter to each recipient. I've thought about saving out to text file, and
then grabbing the letter for each person, but...how can I know when one
persons letter ends and the next begins if the letter spans more than one
page?

Any suggestions are welcome.

I believe the add on devices, such as Pragnaan and ExtraDevices have an
email capability. You'll want to send the report as a PDF. Another way to
get reports to a larger audience it is to use a report server. Then email
the link to the webserver you have running and they can surf their way to
the report. Here is a live demo:

I use ExtraDevice to send report by email.
It does the job, but not really fast.
