Any problems skipping labels?

edited May 2003 in General
I have been hesitant to recommend skipping labels to my users
because of the concern that sheet labels being "recycled" could
cause printer jams.

Would anyone like to comment on any problems. My main concern
is laser printers because of the heat and relatively complex
paper paths. I suspect that InkJets would not be a problem.

    Hi,

I have been recommending to my customers to not use a sheet after 3 pass in
the printer, depending on the quality of the labels. Some brands are better
resistant to heat than others. Ink Jets are better for skipping labels but
more costly than Laser on the long run.

    Hope this helps...

    Dominique
