Crosstab - font size different on some printers?

Hi,
My customer reported that the values in a crosstab have different sizes
(much larger) than the captions - in preview and on the paper. The problem
is that I see them on my screen the same as on my pronter, just as they
should be. What can cause this problem?

Janusz,

Which version of ReportBuilder are you using? Make sure that your customer
is using the latest printer driver for the printer they are using. Also
make sure the user is not changing the font inside of the crosstab
definition.

I'm using RB 6.03 Enterprise Edition with Delphi 6. The user is not allowed
to change the report.

We have no know issues like this one with the crosstab component.

- Make sure your customer is using the latest printer driver for their
printer.

- Ask your customer to try your application on another computer/OS and see
if the results are the same.

- You might try using the trial version of ReportBuilder 7.02 and see if the
results are the same with the new version.
