Printing to Star Receipt Printer

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the correct place for this question. If
not, please let me know where it should go.

That aside, now the question.

The problem is, if we set our default printer to the Star Receipt
printer, we get a message saying "Printing Page 2 of .
This is for reports only 1 page in length. After this you get that
same message no matter what printer you change to.

If we set it to another printer as the default, and just change
printers, we can use the Star Printer, and it runs fine.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am not sure if it is a Report
Builder issue or a Star issue, but it at least seems to be a
combination of both.

We are using Report Builder 6.03 and Delphi 5. The Star printer is
part of the SP 200 series.

Matt,

Try updating to the latest printer driver.

Can this problem be reproduced with our demo reports on your Star printer?
Does this cause a problem on other printers? We have seen issues similar to
this one with some customers using Brother printers. You may want to
contact Star Printers and see if they have heard of this issue.
