problem with PrinterBin and Duplex

With any printers ( examples HP Laserjet 5 or Kyocera FS9000) the
setup-functions Engine.Page.PrinterSetup.BinName and
Engine.Page.PrinterSetup.Duplex not working.But other printers it's okay.
How can help me?
