Write Reports to TagItPro Printer

I'm doing a Point of Sale (POS) application using your reports. I have
successfully developed reports that print on a small (3" paper) Star
receipt printer. Now I need to print on a high speed thermal label
printer using TagItPro software. Do I need some special drivers or
anything else?

Gerry,

See if you are able to print using Delphi's TPrinter by itself before trying
with ReportBuilder. How does the printer driver for your printer work? Does
it use it's own interface and API calls or can you use a Windows printer
driver that they supply? Will it work with other applications such as Word?
If nothing is working, please provide the exact model number of the printer
you are using and the location we can download a driver so we can test on
our machines.
