print to file PDF file size

Hello,
I have been testing the print to file using PDF format. The results are
fine except for one aspects the size of the files is disproportional to
their content eg. 70 page report 40Mb, I did the same export using Abode
Writer and the file for the same report was only 300 Kb.

Is there any way this can be solved ?

you better contact your PDF plugin vendor.

If you are using TExtraDevices, you can set the pixelformat of the PDF device to control the size of the images
contained in the file.
