printing freezes the computer

Hi,

I use Delphi 6.

On serveral (but not all) computers at one of my customers when they try to
print a report the computer got stuck.
I see the report on my screen put when I press the print button and press ok
at the printer dialog window, a small window pop up says print to this at
this printer and then the computer go stuck.

The printer is a HP LaserJet 1200, but on other computers and with other
customers it goes ok.


Any idea?

Hi Andre,

Which version of ReportBuilder are you using? Does this happen every time
you print a report from this machine? Do you see the same behavior when
running our demo reports? Be sure that you are able to connect to your
database correctly by connecting a DBGrid to your dataset and checking that
the data is correct. Also, be sure you are using the latest version of your
printer driver.
