InfoPower 4000, D7 and RB7
I just recently upgraded from D5, InfoPower 3000 and RB 6.03. I was in the
past able to (by following the instructions included in the \Infopower
directory with RBuilder) embed the wwRichEdit control in RB. Last week when
upgrading to the newest versions of each, I followed the included directions
again and thought everything was fine. Today when I went into one of my
documents to edit one of the RichText fields I've encountered a "problem".
It seems that the infopower control does not dock to the Report Builder Rich
Text Editor window. The editor gets created as its own seperate dialog
window without any buttons or captions making it impossible to close. And
it appears Modal so I can't close the RB Rich Text Editor or the RB editor
or even Delphi without resorting to killing the Delphi process in the task
manager.
Any clues/suggestions? The situation is easily reproducable on my machine
and I can send screen shots or whatever if the situation isn't clear enough.
But this pretty much puts a halt on my ability to generate and/or maintain
reports/documents.

Are you using ReportBuilder version 7.02? There was a problem with RB 7
where the TwwRichEdit did not work within the context of the RichText
Editor. The issue has bee fixed in the latest version.
- If you are using the latest version and still see the same behavior,
please send me exact steps on how I can re-create the problem.

No, I believe I am using RB 7.00. Yesterday I sent an e-mail to
support@digital-metaphors.com asking for information on how to get the
latest version and haven't received word back yet.
Is there a download link?
Thanks
