DBChart - no dataset available problem

Hello to all.

Running delphi 7 with RB 7.02.
Trying to use dbchart within the ppReprot. There are no datasets availabel
in the series dialog to get my data from.
I have assigned the report a dbpipeline, and the dbpiplien has a valid
datasource.
This works fine using Delphi 5 and RB 7.02 - what am I doiung wrong ?

    From the online help, select ReportBuilder Reference | TeeChart | Delphi 7.
    This topic explains compability issues between RB and TeeChart for D7.

    You are encountering a limitation of using TeeChart 4.04 which comes with
    D7. The Delphi design-time data access support does not work properly. It
    will work from the RB run-time designer. With TeeChart 5.x and TeeChart
    6.x, there are no limitations.
